"This is the fourth time I have called Ray's Appliance Repair. They are the best. Twice they have diagnosed the issues correctly over the phone and told me how to fix them. This time my Bosch dishwasher was not working, no electricity...nothing. Ron came out and diagnosed that the control panel was out, and he could replace it in 15 minutes. This is wonderful in my book. I highly recommend this company."

"My husband and I have had Ron to our house several times, and every time he has given excellent service. Last night, we could not close our oven door, and he stayed on the phone with us for about 15 minutes, diagnosed the problem over the phone, and then helped us resolve it. No charge, even though we offered to pay. These people who give negative reviews are not being fair."

He correctly assessed my broken refrigerator and helped me out while the part was rebuilt by suggesting some appliance rental companies so that I could still have a refrigerator while I waited 2 weeks for the part to come in. "Our refrigerator was leaking water and not cooling the food or freezer. Called one company with 5-star yelp reviews, and they could not see us for 5 days. Called Ron at Ray's Appliance Repair, and he was there in 10 minutes. Found the problem and fixed it in 15 minutes. Nice guy. Left me smiling. We found the problem at 10:30 am, and it was repaired by 11: 30 am. Has to be a world record! Thanks, Ron!"

"Refrigerator went out on Thursday. Called Ray's Appliance Repair on Friday. Ron came out on Saturday, replaced the motherboard, and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Others wanted to come and see the problem and return to fix it. Very professional, we could not be happier with the service."

"Our refrigerator decided to stop working. We called around and a few repair people refused to work on our refrigerator because it was a Samsung. I didn't realize having a Samsung was an issue. We called Ray's Appliance Repair, and Ron had no qualms working on our refrigerator.

In fact, he said he had lots of experience with Samsung. Ron came out promptly and worked very quickly. He was very friendly and charged a very reasonable price. We were very impressed with Ron and would use him again if the need ever arises."

"I was very impressed with Ray's Appliance Repair. My dryer broke and, having two small children, I was in a panic about being able to get laundry done! The repairman, Ronnie, was able to come out to my home within 2 hours of my call at 5 o'clock in the evening and assessed the problem within 15 minutes. He repaired the dryer on the spot for a very nominal fee.

Ronnie was personable, polite, quick, and the amount he charged me for the repair was much less than I thought it would be. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and would use this same company for any future repairs."
